The project:

• Mace is providing project management consultancy services on a large luxury mixed-use development in the Umluj area of Saudi Arabia.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing contract documents, warranties, bonds and licenses preparation ensuring formal execution by the appropriate parties.
• Partnering with multiple internal and external stakeholders, working in collaboration to implement strategy/programmes/initiatives.
• Managing a large team (or several) of senior direct reports, demonstrating effective leadership to ensure excellence in delivery against plans, championing a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities.
• Overseeing cost control and reporting services.
• Delivering monthly post-contract cost reports for presentation to stakeholders.
• Identifies costing associated with design changes, contract awards, construction activities and client charges.
• Overseeing and evaluates delay/additional costs claims.
• Overseeing issuing of practical completion certificates ensuring accounts are negotiated and agreed.
• Overseeing issuing of making good defects certificates ensuring requirements are met on completion.
• Establishing and exceed established business targets and secure project income.
• Leading the implementation of a systematic performance improvement cycle to continually improve the quality of (i.e. area).
• Managing team/s providing mentoring and guidance, direction and coaching.
• Delivering continuous improvements in processes through application of best practices and lessons learned. Drives transformational change.
