Identify and evaluate promising MENA companies for investment. Utilise strong analytical skills, market research, and financial modelling to support the execution of lucrative deals within a responsible investment framework.

Description

* Deal Origination & Evaluation: Source, identify, and evaluate potential investment opportunities across the MENA region, aligning with the firm's investment criteria.
* Financial Modelling & Valuation: Conduct comprehensive financial modelling, valuation analysis, and market research to support investment decisions.
* Due Diligence Expertise: Participate in due diligence processes, assessing risks and potential rewards of investment opportunities.
* Transaction Execution (Senior Associate): Proven ability to assist with deal execution activities, including transaction structuring, documentation review, and negotiation.
* Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Market Awareness: Stay abreast of current market trends and industry developments within the private equity landscape.
* Teamwork & Collaboration: A team player with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Requirements:

* Driven Investment Professional: 2-6 years of experience demonstrating a passion for investment and a track record of success. MENA regional experience is preferred
* Analytical Whiz: Highly skilled in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and adept at conducting thorough due diligence to assess investment opportunities.
* Communication Master: Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Team Player with Focus: Thrives in a collaborative environment while maintaining a proactive and results-oriented approach.
* Market Savvy: Maintains a strong understanding of current market trends and developments within the MENA private equity landscape. (Preferable)
