You’ll be responsible for:

- Partnering with key senior internal and external stakeholders, working in collaboration to engage and integrate supply chain.
- Capturing innovation and industry best practice and actively promotes the highest Health, Safety and Wellbeing and quality standards.
- Managing, influencing and negotiating with key senior stakeholders (up to c-suite).
- Providing expert technical advice and guidance to bid strategy development, directs negotiations and drives the tender process and evaluation of tenders.
- Driving supply chain performance management including market intelligence, market shaping and supply chain resilience.
- Executing commercial management of contractual agreements if required and provides client advisory services on procurement and supply chain process and policies.
- Delivering continuous improvements in processes through application of best practices and lessons learned. Drives transformational change.
- Providing leadership & direction through teams/Managers.
- Managing a large team/s of direct reports, driving the appropriate behaviours to achieve success & KPIs, including a continuous improvement culture.
- Providing performance management, technical & career development, and coaching.
- Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
