Assistant Manager - ESG Reporting

Our client is leading hospitality and service provider in KSA. They are currently seeking for an Assistant Manager – ESG Reporting(KSA National). The role is based in the Kingdom, and the successful candidate will be ensuring the company’s communication and reporting of ESG through visually compelling infographics, designs, and detailed report. Also, translating ESG data into clear, engaging, and accessible visual content, and to insure ESG regulations and standards, and integrating sustainable practices into business operations.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gather, verify, and manage data related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of ESG data collected from various departments.
- Prepare and compile ESG reports, including annual sustainability reports, in compliance with relevant frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
- Develop visually appealing infographics that effectively communicate ESG data and concepts.
- Transform complex information and data sets into easy-to-understand visual stories.
- Design comprehensive and aesthetically pleasing ESG reports, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Create layout designs that enhance the readability and visual appeal of reports.
- Use data visualization techniques to represent ESG metrics and performance indicators.
- Develop creative concepts and design elements that align with the ESG department’s goals.
- Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s branding guidelines.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all ESG materials
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- Present design concepts and drafts to the ESG team for review and approval
- Ensure timely submission of ESG reports to regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and investors.
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries and provide necessary ESG information.
- Ensure ESG reporting compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Stay updated on changes in ESG reporting guidelines and adapt reporting processes accordingly.
- Collaborate with various departments to collect and verify ESG data.
- Support internal teams in understanding ESG reporting requirements and processes.
- Implement best practices in ESG reporting and ensure continuous improvement.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- Adhere to the acceptable use policy and Using information and technical assets only for business purposes.
