Architect Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect Engineer to join our team in Riyadh and NEOM, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and construction supervision, with a focus on delivering high-quality and innovative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and develop design proposals that meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards.
• Utilize advanced software and design tools to create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations for client review and approval.
• Submit weekly and monthly progress reports about his discipline, detailing the progress of the Works supervised by the employee in a professionally structured format, as per the Client's requirements, and ensure that the required information is presented, including key issues, milestones achieved, and review of Works against the approved program.
• Proactively evaluate issues raised during the work execution relevant to his discipline and support all key stakeholders in resolving them by recommending pragmatic solutions while ensuring minimal impact on time and cost.
• Timely approval submittals of documentation and materials by the Contractor and adhere to project variation and change control procedures.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to integrate innovative design concepts and sustainable solutions into architectural projects.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans, business proposals, and project budgets to support the growth and success of the firm.
