Job Accountabilities
• Prepare and Update Sales Invoices , Reviewing Timesheets and performs reconciliations,
• Assist with reviewing of expense reports, supplier invoices in order to bill to client as per the contract terms.
• Coordinate with Internal and External clients for invoicing and resolving queries.
• Reviewing contract terms, and preparing invoices accordingly to client.
• Analysis of Costs and Revenue for the assigned projects.
• Monitoring and following up of receivables for payments and get apply the received payments against the invoices.
• Coordinate with Project Controls , Project Managers of the company and clients.
• Able to reconcile any/all accounts independently. Specifically Invoicing vs Revenue and identify the variances for fix.
• Assisting in Audits and preparation of reports requested by PMs or Supervisors.
• Employ problem-solving skills and analysis, and report problems to reporting Manager..
• Should be proactive and ability to work well with all under deadline and respond to changes in priorities.
• Good written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting standards, handling audits and following group policies and procedures
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion and close the projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in relevant field
• Relevant industry experience
