Overview of the role
We are currently looking to recruit a Technician to repair and service Volvo Trucks and Bus as per dealer/distributor standards and within stipulated time.
What you will do
- Adhering strictly to technical specifications as laid down by manufacturer, or as instructed by work in charge
- Independently working with minimum direction
- Knowledge sharing with other peers and guidance of team members to excellence
- Carryout works like service, troubleshooting, repair, replacement of mechanical & electric components
- Extend the technical knowledge and skill to cover new products and other systems and functions
- Accomplishes tasks with full attention to details, standards, and specifications. Adheres to standard operating procedure
- Ensure work is completed and output is met as instructed
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI holder in automotive- Minimum 3-years' experience with Volvo truck and bus dealer.
- Should be able to read and follow the electrical and hydraulic schematics
- Usage of Workshop Service Manuals and Volvo tech tool.
