Sales Manager

Charterhouse is working in partnership with a luxury resort hotel due to open in Qatar soon. The client is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager who will be accountable for promoting and driving the sales at this complex and unique resort.

The Sales Manager is responsible for executing all sales activities to achieve sales goals, uphold luxury standards, and deliver exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role involves meeting targets and enhancing employee accomplishments through individualized development plans for every team member.

This role will monitor and oversee the sales team on a day-to-day basis, monitoring sales action plans regularly as well as listening to all customer requirements and ensuring that these are met. Other duties will include, management of the top-performing accounts within the hotel ensuring that conversion targets are met, focusing on high-end suite business. The Manager will ensure that CRM systems are updated and maintained with client information, production, and sales activities.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate, should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a 5-star resort. In addition, the successful candidate must have excellent communications skills in English, both verbal and written. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in customer relationship management, coupled with a capacity for creative networking.
