JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Overview of the role:
- The role is expected to achieve and exceed unit sales and targets allocated to Honda showroom in Doha. It is expected that this role ensures the business with smooth showroom and manpower operations at all times.

What you will do:
- Ensure that the sales standards for Honda are achieved and maintained
- Ensure that budgeted unit sales and gross margin for the brand are achieved or exceeded
- Ensure adherence to the company's sales system and prospecting system and achievement of targets regarding number of prospects logged, trade-ins, Accessories and F&I products. Contributing to achievement of overall business objectives
- Achievement of C S V objectives for sales function of location. This ensures customer satisfaction and thereby repeats sales
- Guide, motivate and manage staff to maximize their performance. Identify staff's training and development. Accountable for Employee Engagement scores, and Human Sigma level for Honda
- Ensure that the company procedures are adhered while handling cash and account receivables, and ensure the proper implementation of the company's credit control policy
- Control the Location's new vehicle stock, for security and to ensure availability
- Ensure the proper upkeep and maintenance of location's premises and assets
- Constantly improve and update knowledge about automobile industry, new features and technical developments, market trends, selling techniques and customer handling skills to keep abreast of the latest developments in the field
- Ensure QHSE management system requirements and SOPs are implemented in the area of responsibility
- Ensure customer/associate engagement is enhanced and ensure customer complaints are resolved through taking necessary actions

About the Team:
- This role will report to the Head of Business and will work closely with the Sales team in a fast paced environment.

What equips you for the role:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum 9 years of experience in direct selling of consumer durables, primarily in Automotive Industry, out of which minimum 3 years should be in a managerial position
- Ability to lead a team of Sales Executives
- Competent to coach Sales executives on selling techniques and customer care
