Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented MEP Manager to join our award-winning team based in Doha, Qatar .

We envisage success in this role to include:

- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of MEP systems for construction projects
- Manage and coordinate MEP subcontractors and consultants to ensure project goals are met
- Ensure all MEP systems comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards
- Develop and review MEP drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications of MEP installations
- Provide technical expertise and support to the project team, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Coordinate with other project managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with architectural and structural elements
- Prepare and manage MEP budgets, including cost estimation, procurement, and value engineering to optimize project costs
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to MEP design and construction challenges
- Ensure the timely delivery of MEP systems in accordance with project schedules and milestones
- Lead and m entor junior MEP engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in MEP design and construction processes
- Prepare and present MEP reports, progress updates, and technical documentation to clients, stakeholders, and senior management
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with all project stakeholders to achieve project objectives and deliverables
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and networking events to support the growth of the company
