Employment: Full Time

A prestigious real estate development company based in Doha, Qatar, specializing in premium residential and mixed-use developments that set new standards for luxury and innovation.

The company is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the real estate sector, demonstrating strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's real estate developments, focusing on premium luxury projects.
• Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Content Creation: Coordinate the creation of marketing content, including brochures, website content, press releases, and promotional materials.
• Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events, exhibitions, and launch events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and report on ROI.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Requirements:

Candidate profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing within the real estate sector, focusing on luxury and high-end developments.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and real estate market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative thinking and innovative marketing approach.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Salary:
QAR 18,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
