JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Host/Hostess to join our team in the Food & Beverage industry. The Host/Hostess will be responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient experience for our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting in managing reservations and walk-in guests
- Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions
- Communicating with the serving staff to ensure smooth and timely service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and lobby area
- Assisting in managing customer inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Food & Beverage industry is preferred- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in Arabic; additional language skills are an advantage
Salary:
OMR
450 to 500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
