JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Leading real estate investment projects and identifying financial opportunities for organizational expansion.
- Managing group companies and Family group business.
- Comprehending project plans and understanding AutoCAD engineering details.
- Driving change, leading operations across multiple geographies to foster growth and operational efficiency.
- Executing extensive executive-level management strategies.
- Overseeing Real Estate Industry & Development.
- Managing Sales, Marketing, Land Acquisition, Customer Services, Facility
- Liaising with Government for Approvals, Scheming Projects, Project -Management, Execution, and Legal Formalities.
- Responsible for project execution, monitoring, engineering, contracts, tendering, procurement, planning & budgeting, cost monitoring, product -quality, safety, and estimation.
- Ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget.
- Business development, tendering, project execution, team building, and customer relationship management.
- Coordinating with Architects (Local/International), Consultants, Vendors, and Statutory Authorities for project approvals.
- Assisting the Board of Directors in setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, -policies, and procedures to enhance market share, profitability, and ROI.
- Defining strategic business plans for real estate developments within the luxury hotel industry.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 14 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on Real Estate, Real Estate Development, Hospitality, Trading Business, and Construction.
- Proven experience in managing and leading group companies.\
- Strong understanding of project planning and engineering details.
- Visionary leadership with a track record of driving change and efficiency.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on strategic planning.
- Demonstrated success in the real estate and luxury hotel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
