JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Lead the salary review and promotions campaigns by analyzing market data (pre-screening, offers success, market surveys etc....), and assessing the competitiveness of our group's programs and salary scale.
- Generate monthly, quarterly and yearly ad-hoc reports on the HR performance in order to monitor the group efficiency level including payroll results (CVS, Rev/Hour, HC efficiency etc....).
- Review, control, and approve shops salary structures and ensure their accurate and timely implementation in close coordination with the commercial and human resources teams.
- Prepare the MPP budget for the stores and ensure its implementation.
- Review Regional Fashion Direction team grading and rewards.
- Set shops projections in close coordination with the Finance department and rewards targets, and follow-up on their achievements.
- Review studies and/or proposals sent by the local HR departments and present to Regional Management.
- Supervise and train assigned staff and propose methods to enhance profitability.
- Act as Regional HRMS administrator to approve and execute the requests of the BS and Local Operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance/ accounting or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in MS Office
