JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
What We Do:
The accountability spans from implementing HR operational strategies, analyzing people information and leading HR processes to proactively engaging in employee relations, executing employee development activities, and managing & implementing policies and procedures in support of the company culture.
What you will do:
- Performs all HR related transactional country specific tasks (contracting, leave & exit management, all system related HR inputs for reporting)
- Ensures delivery of high-quality HR processes
- Consolidate attendance and manage payroll related activities
- Communicates benefits-related changes and assists employees with questions regarding compensation
- Supports smooth execution of local engagement programs along with the CoE
- Provides on-site support for location specific HR activities
- Performs local HR admin activities for legally required tasks
- Actively participate and provide information for audits, risk, compliance
Requirements:
What you bring:- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience, regional experience is a plus
- Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
- Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills
- Physically fit to carry out duties
