Floor Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisor to join our team in the Food & Beverage industry in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dining area, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. The Floor Supervisor will play a key role in leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bussers
- Ensure that all guests receive prompt, friendly, and personalized service
- Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and overall ambiance
- Train and mentor new team members to uphold our service standards and protocols
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and synchronized operations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for dining supplies as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall dining experience for guests

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the Food & Beverage industry
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve common goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software is a plus

Salary:
KWD 450 to 550 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
