Job Description:
Are you a dynamic and experienced Contract Manager looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join as a Contract Manager. In this role, you will not only handle standard contract representative duties but also take on broader responsibilities aimed at supporting the effective transmission of our training philosophy and strategies from the Contractor, as well as integrating contract personnel into our daily operations and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Contract Manager with us, you will be responsible for:

• Establishing Site/Office: Setting up site and office establishments in Kuwait, mobilizing resources, and ensuring the smooth implementation of the contract by managing manning levels, vehicle deployment, and other resources.
• Cost Control and Reporting: Ensuring cost control, accurate invoicing, and periodic progress reporting.
• Attend all required meetings with the company and handle related contract activities.
• Training Support: Supporting the implementation of training priorities by contractor personnel to meet the company's requirements. Implementing training processes, schedules, and liaising with other company departments for seamless contract execution.
• Planning and Monitoring: Implementing appropriate planning systems to monitor activity progress and align them with the company's business goals.
• Management Responsibilities: Overseeing time management, human resources, cost management, and service quality. Acting as the focal point for HSE, technical, financial, and administrative aspects of the contract.
• Resource Mobilization: Liaising with your home office and the company to arrange mobilization and demobilization of additional personnel as needed, in line with the contract.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improving training delivery management activities and suggesting enhancements for review by the Training and Operations Team Lead (TL OTPD).
• Ad-Hoc Activities: Undertaking other training-management related activities as directed by TL OTPD or other designated representatives, following agreement by both the Contractor and the Company.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English with clear diction.

Experience:
• Proven track record in contract management, including setup and execution of contracts.
• Prior experience in cost control, invoicing, and progress reporting.
• Familiarity with training processes and schedules.

Leadership Skills:
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• Ability to manage human resources effectively.
• Demonstrated success in resource mobilization and deployment.

Planning and Strategy:
• Proficiency in implementing planning systems and monitoring progress.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align activities with business goals.

Quality and Compliance:
• Commitment to maintaining high service quality.
• Familiarity with HSE, technical, financial, and administrative aspects of contracts.

Communication:
• Fluent in written and spoken English with clear diction.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Continuous Improvement:
• Strong analytical skills to identify areas for process improvement.
• Willingness to suggest enhancements for review.

Adaptability:
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to undertake ad-hoc training management activities.

Team Player:
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
