Job Description

Reporting to the Gym Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Handling the day-to-day safety & operation of the Gym and tennis court and other facilities.
- Handling the duty roster and training for the team.
- Responsible for the inventory, storage and maintenance.
- Knowledge with Gym equipment's is advantage.
- Has the administration skills for daily reports, email inquiries, complaints, finance and another department concern
- Good communication and customer service experience to attend guests requests courteously and promptly in the course of duty.
- Experienced to deal with partner and third party
- Computer literate in Microsoft application, Outlook and cashiering
- Self-Development, Teamwork, Leadership and supervisory skills.
- Record and monitor daily safety checks on all equipment, report any hazards and ensure works are completed
- Developing training programs to ensure all areas of the department operate and comply with all company policy & procedures and deliver a high level of customer service / attends all training and development sessions and performs all other duties as assigned to him/her by the Managers
- Provide admin support to the department, overseeing the effective organization of all department filing & processes
