Project Manager

• Liaise with Contract Director/Manager, Commissioning Manager.
• Liaise with Client daily in relation to project progress and coordination on site
• Liaise with Site Supervisors daily in relation to project progress, planning, and H&S.
• Manage documentation such as operational & maintenance manuals for all projects in compliance with all quality and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate review of all controlled H&S and project documents as part of the role.
• Organising weekly day work sheets and filing to extra/variation folder in each project.
• Control of critical documents via the project database.
• Submission and tracking of documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreements with our clients.
• Excellent IT skills essential – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook Etc.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal essential.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail essential.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under strict deadlines essential.
• Ability to read technical/construction drawings
• Ability to work with a multi-functional team essential.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement for processes based on experience and client feedback.
• Ability to work on own initiative.

Requirements:

Salary:
EUR 2,358 to 2,672 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
