Finance Director

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Director to join their team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong background in the retail and fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Budget Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Cost Control: Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency improvements across the organization.
- Risk Management: Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in finance, preferably within the retail and fashion industry.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies.

Salary:
INR 500,000 to 530,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
