Assistant Facilities Manager Ref: 31649 Bangalore India

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Assistant Facilities Manager. As an Assistant Facilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards, creating a safe and comfortable environment for our employees and visitors. You will work closely with the Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate with all parties (PMC, Designer & GC vendor/s) to ensure that execution as per the approved design.
• Schedule calls with all vendors to track project quality and timelines.
• Highlight the risk / any deviations, well in advance to PMC / Designer / Signify.
• Keep track of Project timeline schedule
• Participate in regular walkaround of project site.
• List all the snags and close coordination with vendors to ensure timely closure.
• Takeover of site with all documents and participate in the trainings provided by OEM's.
• The ideal candidate will have experience/knowledge in:

Soft Services

• Food and Beverage Service
• Vending Machine Service
• Event Management
• Daily Occupancy report
• Co-ordinating for Shuttle services
• Printing & General Stationery Management
• HK & Pantry Consumable managing & Tracking.

Hard Services

• Electrical Services
• UPS
• HVAC
• AV System
• Carpentry, Plumbing
• AMC's for all equipment
• Risk and Route Cause Analysis

Security Services

• Mock Drill activities
• Lost and found
• Physical Guarding
• Emergency handling
• Bus Pass services
• Visitor Management
• ID Cards & Visiting cards Management
• Material Movement
• Parking Management

Finance

• Track of PO's and vendor invoices
• Prepare Annual budget,
• Track OPEX & CAPEX

Audit

• Hard, Soft & Security Services audit

Event Management

• All Townhall, Meetings etc.
• Coordination with Landlord for any issue.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in Facility Management (Technical) & Projects.

Technical Skills.

• Employee and Stakeholder management.
• Good Written and verbal Communication
• Project management (Planning, Execution & Takeover).
• Vendor Management Proficient in MS Office.
