JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description
- Provide a superior level of experience and knowledge of the Software development platforms to support team members through all phases of the delivery lifecycle.
- Responsible for ensuring an efficient of developing deliverables, timely builds, and overall code quality.
- Communicate on software-related issues, suggest improvements, and participate with other users in the Development community.
- Maintain high software quality standards within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-based business applications built on different technologies.

Requirements:

Personal Skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team.

Technical Skills
- Advanced understanding of modern software development tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Experience with chatbot development frameworks and platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Kore, Microsoft Bot Framework, IBM Watson Assistant).
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques (preferred).

Education
- Bachelor's of Engineering with a major in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
