Raya Foods; one of Raya's subsidiaries, is hiring a Legal Manager

What will you do?
- Select carriers and negotiate contracts and rates.
- Oversee and coordinate all shipping, receiving, and distribution operations.
- Work closely with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Motivate team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency, customer service, and cost savings.
- Manage the logistics staff and coordinate scheduling and workloads.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration by Working with various departments to seamlessly integrate logistics into company operations.
- Respond to any issues or complaints.
- Develop a shipping plan to achieve the best results with the lowest cost.
- Evaluate budgets and expenditures.
