JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement complex data models and machine learning algorithms to address key business challenges.
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data science solutions.
- Develop and validate predictive models and analytical tools to enhance business processes and strategies.
- Conduct advanced statistical analyses to support hypothesis testing and decision-making.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through reports, visualizations, and presentations.
- Manage and optimize data workflows, ensuring data quality and integration across systems.
- Stay current with the latest data science trends, techniques, and technologies to drive innovation.
- Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices and methodologies.
- Evaluate and refine models and algorithms to improve accuracy, performance, and business impact.

Requirements:

- Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala for data analysis and model development.
- Statistical Analysis: Strong skills in statistical methods and techniques for data analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Machine Learning: Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Data Visualization: Ability to create compelling data visualizations and communicate insights using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
- Data Management: Skills in managing and optimizing data workflows, ensuring data quality and integration across platforms.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing complex business problems with data-driven solutions.
- Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data science solutions.
