JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
- Create and manage complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.
- Integrate data from multiple sources to provide comprehensive insights.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior BI developers.
- Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and best practices to continuously improve BI capabilities.

- SQL and Data Querying:Strong expertise in SQL for querying and manipulating data effectively.
- ETL Processes:Experience with ETL tools and processes for data integration and transformation.
- Data Visualization:Ability to create and optimize interactive and insightful dashboards and reports.
- Performance Optimization:Skills in optimizing BI processes and improving the performance of BI solutions.
- Data Integration:Proficiency in integrating data from multiple sources and managing data flows.
- Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving BI-related issues.
- Documentation:Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for BI systems and processes.
- Mentoring and Leadership:Ability to mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership and guidance.
