Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring MEP Projects Senior Engineer (Mechanical)

What will you do?
- Designs HVAC, Firefighting and plumbing works
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings, details, specification, BOQs and cost estimated
- Following-up the site construction activities
- Review the tenants' designs, implementations and progress
- Review contracts, quotations and interims
- Issue the POs and following up the payments
- Retail or mall experience in RDD is plus

Requirements:

Skills

What will you need?
- Minimum five years of experience in mechanical engineering within MEP projects
- Bachelor's degrees in Engineering
- Project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Retail or mall experience in RDD is a plus
- PMP is a plus
