IT Infrastructure Management:
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Ensure the reliability and security of IT systems, networks, and data.
• Manage server administration, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans.

Network Management:
• Maintain and optimize the resort's wired and wireless network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Implement network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.

Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct performance evaluations and develop training programs for team members.
• Coordinate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Vendor Management:
• Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and software to improve operations.

Guest and Staff Support:
• Provide technical support to guests and staff, addressing any IT-related issues promptly.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Train staff on the use of hotel systems and software.

Project Management:
• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, new implementations, and integrations.
• Develop project plans, set timelines, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure IT projects meet their needs and enhance overall guest experience.

Compliance and Security:
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for IT security and data protection.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Implement and maintain data privacy policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems administration.
• Experience with hotel management software and systems (e.g., PMS, POS, CRM).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Working Conditions:
• Full-time position, typically working standard office hours with occasional evening or weekend work required to address urgent issues.
• On-call availability to handle emergencies and system outages.
