Inventory Coordinator - Warehouse - Egypt

What you'll be doing

The Associate Inventory under general supervision must carry out Inventory Management operations such as Organizing and conducting cycle counts and stock verifications.

- Organizing and conducting cycle counts and inventories.
- Customer claims investigation and resolution
- Stock verifications
- Close analysis, promotion and identification of areas for improvement within Company
- Stock Coordination
- Supervision of cycle counts and inventories
- Schedules work for special and periodic inventories.
- Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock-control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies
- Supervision of Customer claims investigation and resolution
- Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures,
- Stock verifications.
- Interface between the warehouse and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication at all levels across all Companies and Divisions.
- Query investigation and resolution
- To regularly provide feedback to team members on their performances
- Monitoring performance levels through K.P.I's
- To work within, promote and identify improvements in the Quality Management System as per ISO 9001 standards.
- Regular management information and accurate reporting
- Participate in the stock-takes in various inventory locations.
- To motivate and lead the team to ensure customer service targets are met and budgeted financial goals are achieved.

Health & Safety and Environment
- Ensure that department keeps a high standard of health and safety and environmental performance as per OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
- Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse any equipment provided for ensuring health, safety or welfare.
- Report damage to equipment fixtures and fittings, MHE defects, accidents at work.
- Report all incidents, of any nature and however caused, to their immediate superior completing all necessary documentation promptly and accurately.

Requirements:
