JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Role Purpose
Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of operations to support the development and delivery of products. This role works closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, technical teams, and other external and internal stakeholders, to optimize processes and drive operational excellence and ensure delivery of assigned project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers to define and track key operational metrics and KPIs to measure the performance and effectiveness of our processes.
- Acts as a focal point of contact within Vodafone units as AML, Fraud, Compliance, Internal Audit, etc.
- Acts as a contact with External parties as Partner Bank, Service Providers and Vendors
- Actively engage with Financial Services SLT
- Lead virtual teams to enhance, simplify, and automate related processes in order to develop more robust and cost saving environment.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains, and drive initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication across departments.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support operational needs and requirements.
- Monitor and manage operational risks and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to Vodafone Egypt's and industry/regulatory standards and regulations.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the overall growth and success of the organization.
- Project Management accountability: Initiate, plan, execute and monitor projects in a timely manner. Deliver projects within the desired quality and budget.

- Presentation skills is very important.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- BSc degree in business or relevant field
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Project Management
- Excellent Technical knowledge of fintech technology and trends
