Ostool Transport; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a "Supervisor (Facilities)".

What will you do?
- Plan and oversee all facilities improvement projects, renovations, and expansions.
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved on time and within budget.
- Act as a point of contact during emergencies and coordinate response efforts.
- Ensure emergency equipment and systems are functional and regularly tested
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing attention and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance activities such as HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

Requirements:

Skills
What will you need?
- From 5 to 7 years of experience in the field of facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of operation & maintenance practices.
- Experience in using building management systems.
- Previous experience in the logistics field is a plus.

Education
- Business Administration or any discipline
