JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description
- Develop and implement data quality frameworks and standards to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data.
- Conduct data quality assessments and audits to identify and resolve data quality issues and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data quality requirements and create data quality metrics and KPIs.
- Design and execute data cleansing and data enrichment processes to improve data quality.
- Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and reports to monitor and communicate data quality performance.
- Implement data validation and data integrity checks across data sources and systems.
- Work with data governance teams to enforce data quality standards and policies.
- Provide training and support to teams on data quality best practices and tools.
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data quality management to drive continuous improvement.

- Data Validation: Experience with data validation techniques and tools to ensure data integrity.
- SQL and Data Querying: Advanced skills in SQL for querying and analyzing data quality.
- Data Quality Tools: Familiarity with data quality management tools and software.
- Metrics and KPIs: Ability to develop and track data quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving data quality issues.
- Industry Trends: Knowledge of current trends and advancements in data quality management and best practices.
