Job Description

- Develops and implements cost control strategies and policies.
- Prepares and analyzes budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitors and analyzes cost variances to identify trends and potential issues.
- Identifies cost-saving opportunities and recommends implementation.
- Collects and analyzes cost data to support decision-making.
- Ensures adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Provides financial analysis and support to department managers.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve cost reduction goals.
- Stays up-to-date with financial trends and best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, budgeting software).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
