JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored real estate solutions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Utilize personal vehicle for sales-related activities, including client meetings and property viewings.

Requirements:

Qualification & Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
• In-depth knowledge of the Bahrain real estate market.
• Must own a personal vehicle for sales work.
