JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is one of the leading banks in the Kingdom of Bahrain and MENA, which was established 20+ years ago. They are currently looking for a Business Development Officer (Conversion) to be based in Bahrain.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Review and manage the assets products propositions to assure competitive edge of the product in balance with optimized net margins.
• Monitor Channel performance dashboard and report weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually to senior management.
• Review/Monitor the Daily Performance, etc. in order to predict and control any issues causing under performance based on reports and trend analysis of the Market.
• Provide continues feedback to Line Manager on process adherence and any observed inconsistencies.
• Market Research of best practices & trends for Retail Financing Products.
• Campaign Management (Requirements, Vendor Management for Development & Delivery, UAT, Production Support).

Requirements:

Qualification & Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance & Banking or related subject.
• Digital Transformation qualification is required.
• 11 - 15 years of experience working in the same or similar role.
• Project Management knowledge.
• Understanding of Retail Banking Business Flows and processes.
