Workplace Investigator

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking employees for the role of Workplace Investigator, based in Yerevan, Armenia, to interview individuals who have experienced workplace discrimination such as racism, sexism, sexual harassment, and ageism.

• Conduct thorough and empathetic interviews with individuals experiencing discrimination.
• Accurately document interview findings and compile comprehensive reports.
• Work closely with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.

Requirements:

The role requires strong verbal and written English skills to effectively interview and document discrimination cases. Comprehensive learning and training are provided for the right and ethical candidates.

Application Process:
We are aiming to appoint up to two individuals within the next 2 to 3 months. Considering this is an overseas-based employment, the process will involve visa applications, travel arrangements, and government approvals and we will attend to the payment of all costs associated.
