Employment: Full Time

The After Sales Support - Manager is responsible for management and coordination of after sales support activities and proves to be an important link between Nextcare and its clients. This role has an overall responsibility to ensure accurate and timely production of health insurance cards and its associated services such as contracts and products are in line with the company's standards in addition to an accurate and timely input in the system of network agreements and pricelist for the different healthcare providers.

What you will do:

- Plans, coordinates, and controls the processes involved in Policy Production.
- Ensures timely and accurate production of health insurance card; design quality assurance procedures to verify and confirm quality of the product.
- Initiates plans and procedures to minimize production time and cost through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, and stationery.
- Assures attainment of business objectives while ensuring product standards meets exceeds customer expectations.
- Ensures premiums and contracts are uploaded on TATSH accurately as per client requirements.
- Manages the policy input process on behalf of the clients.
- Provides software training (TATSH) to clients to promote free transaction.
- Oversees the process of creating premiums and contracts on TATSH accurately as per client's specifications; liaising with clients for clarifications on Table of Benefits, premiums, loading, etc.
- Responsible to create Payers/Re-insurer portfolio on TATSH.
- Responsible to maintain a production schedule to meet the targets on a regular basis; shall also have sufficient backup to handle unusual, short TAT production requirements that may arise.
- Prepares after sales report for clients on an as needed basis.
- Ensures Networks and respective agreements are created/updated on Tatsh accurately for the different payers
- Ensures timely and accurate input or update in TATSH of the price list for the different healthcare providers (hospitals, centers, pharmacies, etc.) as per MPM agreement
- Manages the interaction and the correspondences with internal departments for verification on details of the product; Ensure smooth communication between the clients and internal departments to clarify details, confirm data, or implement corrective action based on the information received.
- Respond to operational enquiries in relation to clarification of codes and prices
- Supervises performance of the team; coaches and give regular feedbacks on performance, direct team towards better performance; ensure planned KPIs of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

What you bring:

- Bachelor's Degree in Medical background preferred.
- +5 years relevant experience in a TPA, Hospitals or Medical Centers.
- Insurance and underwriting background required
- Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
- Physically fit to carry out duties
