Steward - Mövenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba
Do you have a heart to serve and love being part of a team? As Steward Attendant, you will assist in the execution of memorable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

- Responsible for maintaining organizational standards of hygiene, and sanitation in all the areas assigned.
- Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of all equipment under his/her control including polishing of china, glass, silver and keeping them in designated areas.

What you will be doing:

- Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitizing of all surfaces
- Keeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstruction
- Responsible of the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment

Your experience and skills include:

- Organized and a great team player
- Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene

Your team and working environment:

- Ensures proper and cost effective utilization of resources material, equipment, cleaning supplies) to achieve high organizational profitability.
- Controls breakage's/ pilferage in assigned areas.
- Assists Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor in smooth operation of the department.
- Ensures garbage rooms are maintained as per international standards and garbage is handled as per hotels policy (e.g. screening)
- Is aware of the daily hotel activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities
- Performs as per OSM Standards
- Proper grooming at all times
- Attends training classes as per schedule
- Shows fullest cooperation within the team and other departments
