Employment: Contract

The Senior Operational Excellence Specialist will lead efforts to enhance the performance of
operations through the implementation of best practices in process optimization, lean management,
and continuous improvement methodologies. You will be responsible for driving efficiency, reducing
operational costs, and ensuring the highest quality standards in the company's day-to-day
operations.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Strategy Development: Lead and support the development of operational
excellence strategies and objectives across all departments.
• Process Improvement: Implement lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify
inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and enhance process performance within the organization.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze KPIs, metrics, and data to monitor operational
performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Develop and promote a culture of continuous improvement by
training and mentoring teams on best practices in operational excellence.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Network
Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and IT to streamline processes and improve service
quality.
• Cost Reduction Initiatives: Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives to improve the
financial performance of the company without compromising service quality.
• Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects aimed at improving
operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all operational processes comply with relevant
regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on operational performance, process
improvements, and project outcomes for senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A
master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in operational excellence, process
improvement, or operations management, with at least 3-5 years in the telecommunications
industry.
• Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of telecom operations, industry regulations, and best
practices in operational management.
• Skills:
o Proven experience in driving large-scale operational improvement projects.
o Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
o Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate cross-functional
teams.
o Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic is a
plus.
o Proficiency in process mapping and management tools such as Microsoft Visio, Excel,
and project management software.
