Raya Auto; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a Spare Parts Specialist

What will you do?
- Prepare and process invoices for services, parts, and other charges.
- Verify service order accuracy and apply relevant discounts, warranties, and offers.
- Explain billing details, answer questions, and resolve billing issues.
- Assist with payment processing and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and customer information.
- Record payments accurately, reconcile daily receipts, and prepare bank deposits.
- Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and parts department for accurate billing.

Requirements:

What will you need?
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a billing or accounting role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in using billing software(Oracle) and MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
