Job Description

- To undertake all technical responsibilities for the delivery of services and engineering projects, as per assignment with maintaining project's delivery on time.
- Analyses customer problems and resolves and closes customer complaints, as per assignment from the Technical Team Leader.
- Reports the status of the customer service provided to the Technical Team Leader.
- Prepares Engineering Software/ Hardware design documents for review by the Technical Team Leader.
- Undertakes the implementation and coding of software.
- Assigns engineers and technician to undertake the installation activities and follows-up on their work.
- Undertakes the testing process including all internal, workshop, factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT).

- Good negotiations and problem-solving skills
- Very good command of English language
- Very good usage of Microsoft office products & AutoCAD

Technical Skills

Has a solid experience on the following Systems:
- Audio Visual Systems.
- Public Address Systems.
- IPTV Systems.
- Digital Signage Systems.
- Queuing and Booking Rooms Systems.

Additionally has:
- Crestron and Extron Configuration and Programming Certification.
- Streaming Certification
- Has 5-10 Years of Experience.
