Job Description
- Administer everyday workflow of all implementation processes and provide technical support to all associates.
- Monitor the implementation of business requests.
- Develop solutions by researching current technology trends, gather requirements from clients, and propose new features to improve the overall experience
- Lead the end-to-end solution implementation process for the designated modules.
- Conduct detailed business process analysis and gather requirements.
- Gather the requirements, analyze the business need, document the requirements and validate the implementation and test the solution to ensure complete and accurate implementation before the customer review.
- Configure ERP solutions to meet business and client requirements.
- Manage data migration activities ensuring data integrity.
- Provide second support and maintenance post-implementation when needed by the support team

Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business informatics, Computer Science, or other relevant degree.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Extensive problem solving and debugging skills
- Ability to independently apply production upgrades and support the products and technologies
- Experience in providing services to agreed SLA's and OLA's
- Experienced in Problem and Incident Management
- Experience with working in an ITIL environment.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP configuration and customization with focus on Finance and project accounting modules.
- Extensive experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of finance and project accounting principles.
- Familiarity with SQL and other database query languages.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles
