Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, adhering to coding standards, best practices, and architectural
guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into
technical designs and specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and optimized code, following software development best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA engineers, system administrators, and database administrators, to integrate and deploy applications.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, assisting them in their professional growth and skill
development.
- Collaborate with project managers to estimate development efforts, track progress, and meet project deadlines.

- Experience with web application development using Java-based technologies (e.g., JSP, Servlets, JPA).

- 4- years of progressive experience in software development, and practices.
- 1-2 years' experience in a managerial role.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, computer science, or Software Engineering
