About the role

• The IOT environment is full of complex demands for many reasons: large varieties of Devices, very diverse market segments (industry, agriculture, health, smart cities, automotives, etc.), diversity of networks (2G/3G/4G/5G, Lora, ), necessity to integrate into the Customer's ecosystem.
• This situation leads to complex requests we must qualify to propose appropriate solutions, and the management of complex projects.
• The definition of these customized offers relies on studies that require expertise from internal or external partners, and on the management of technical and organizational projects.
• The mission for IoT Presales Solution Partner is to support countries (France or International Regions) in responding to IoT connectivity opportunities when nonstandard requirements are identified by the pre-sales team in charge of the deal.
• Guarantee the technical/operational feasibility of the customized brick, ensure its consistency with similar offers deployed for other customers and with the Marketing product/roadmap.
• Build the customized component, relying on multiple expertise provided by internal or external partners (e.g. SIM vendors, platform vendors). It is a must to detail the potential scenario, the proposed solution, and associated costs and risks.
• Contribute to the orientation of the Marketing and Line of Business strategy with regards to the demands of our customers.
• Support the sales team in detecting, qualifying needs, writing and supporting the customized component of the offer.
• Offer advisory services to the client if required.
• Design the customized brick: technical design, service definition, SLA, operational model.
• Coordinate expertise of our internal or external partners, ensuring the consistency of the customized brick with the standard components of the global offer.
• Define the costs of the customized brick, associated risks, and participate in the development of the P&L of the global customer offer.
• After signature, in coordination with the Regional presales architect, explain the solution (customized part) to the BUILD team. The hand over to the project manager responsible for delivery is managed during the project kick-off.

Requirements:

About you

• + 10 years experience in Telecommunication / presales domains.
• Customer-oriented and good at listening.
• Leading and drive a collective dynamic, at the service of the customer and for the benefit of the business.
• 5+ years of experience in the field of IoT connectivity.
• 5+ years of experience with system architecture; and know how to mobilize and lead expertise from technical teams in different domains such as mobile/fixed network, IT, eSIM, devices, ...
• Manage pre-sales teams, to ensure the feasibility of requests.
• Synthesize solution proposals, adapt restitutions to different audiences.
• Leading complex solutions.
• English fluency required; French is a big plus.
• Master Degree is a plus
