Job Description
- Oversees the receipt of shipments from clients on daily basis.
- Ensures timely loading of shipments onto company vehicles.
- Guarantee that orders reach customers on the agreed SLA.
- Manage the shipping queue daily to ensure we are on track with our SLAs.
- Reply to customer inquiries via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- Ensure that undelivered shipments requested by customers for return are processed quickly.
- Address inquiries from delivery couriers and promptly communicate with clients if needed.
