Training Manager

Company
Our client is a restaurant management company that manage 15 outlets in Bahrain, under 3 brands. Their brands are a mix of casual dining and fine dining restaurants, and they cater to a wide range of tastes. They are currently looking for a Training Manager to be based in Bahrain.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction.
• Escalating any concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Identifying and responding to Guests’ needs.
• Completing cross-training and certification in multiple positions.
• Adhering to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction.
• Helping ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests.
• Support New Restaurant Openings and additional training initiatives as needed.

Qualification & Requirements:
• 6 to 8 years working experience in managerial level in restaurants / food and beverage (F&B) industry.
• Possessing valid Bahraini driving license will be preferred.
• Working with internationally recognized brands will be an added advantage.
• Working experience of GCC market will be an added advantage.
• Training knowledge and experience:
- Customer service,
- Handling customers complaints,
- Sales (upselling),
- Proper food handling, protection and storage practices,
- Health, hygiene, safety rules and regulation. etc.
