Head of Cost Control and Administrative Management of Contracts

In order to improve our staff in the Algeria branch, we are currently looking for a Cost Control and Contract Administration Manager.

Inserted into the technical staff dedicated to supporting the Works Management of a motorway construction site, the resource will be responsible for:

Ensure supervision of the financial situation of the project
Ensure a system of coding and control of the quantities produced
Develop a database of reference prices for the contract, in relation to production materials, costs, yields
Check the work schedule update
Manage and administer the contract of the company carrying out the works
Verify contract updates, completion and delivery of works
Establish and maintain relationships with the company and the Construction Management
Participate in periodic meetings with the client, providing technical and administrative assistance

Degree in management engineering or technical disciplines
At least 10 years of work experience in contract administration and management
Good knowledge of French (level B2/C1)
