On behalf of our client an International PQS company, we are recruiting a Western Educated Managing Quantity Surveyor / Senior Commercial Manager for their Dubai office.
Reporting to the MD of the company candidates must have a proven track record of Pre Contract stage such as Cost Plans, Estimates, Project Feasibility, Budgets, Procurement and Contractual Advice, Contract Documentation and Preparing Pre Tender etc.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be resident in the UAE or possibly GCC and have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management from UK and be a member of RICS.
Aged between 35-50 years. Middle East experience working in any of the following projects is required; High Rise Residential and Commercial Towers, Mixed Use Facilities, Hotels and Resorts, and other large scale building projects typical to the Middle East.
