Specialist / Consultant Pediatrician

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist / Consultant Pediatrician to join our reputable medical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert care and treatment to pediatric patients while upholding the highest standards of medical practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled pediatrician to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of young patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric medical conditions and illnesses.
- Admit and manage inpatient pediatric care and provide consultation for pediatric patients in the emergency department.
- Conduct thorough examinations, perform diagnostic tests, and interpret medical images to accurately diagnose patients.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff, including residents and interns, and participate in medical education and training programs.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical research and academic endeavors in the field of pediatrics.
- Counsel and educate patients and their families on preventive healthcare practices and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric medicine and participate in professional development activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 95,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Medical degree
- Specialization Pediatrics
- Proven experience as a pediatrician in a hospital or clinical setting, with a strong track record of providing high-quality care to pediatric patients.
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and challenging cases effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and scholarly activities, including publications and presentations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive workplace culture.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and proficiency in utilizing digital healthcare technologies.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
