Specialist / Consultant Anesthesiologist

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist / Consultant Anesthesiologist to join our dynamic healthcare team in the UAE. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing top-quality anesthetic care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.

Responsibilities:
- Administering anesthetic agents and monitoring patients' vital signs during surgical procedures
- Assessing patients' medical history and developing an appropriate anesthetic plan
- Collaborating with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Managing and treating any complications or emergencies that may arise during anesthesia administration
- Providing post-anesthetic care and monitoring patients' recovery in the immediate post-operative period
- Participating in continuous professional development and keeping up-to-date with advancements in anesthesiology

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 95,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Medical degree
- Specialization Degree
- Proven experience as a Specialist / Consultant Anesthesiologist, preferably in a hospital setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
