Job Description:
• Facilitate coordination among contractors, monitor daily attendance, and provide reports.
• Supervise fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and schedule.
• Lead and guide a team of Technicians, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and maintain a productive work environment.
• Support Project Engineers in reviewing project documents and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Prepare detailed reports, maintain records of inspections, meetings, and project documentation.

Requirements

Position Title: Site Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
One of the top interior fit-out design companies in the UAE

Qualifications:
• Male, 36 y/o and below
• At least 2 years experience as a Site Supervisor in an interior fitout company
• Experience in office fitout is an advantage
• Valid UAE Driving license is preferred
• Candidates must be interested to travel to different project sites located in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
